The new version of Halo has a few exciting changes. Some of the achievements in Halo 4 are related to playing in particular Halo 4 modes and require much more skill, but there are also many fun ones that you can get along the way as you enjoy different modes and playing options within this new version of the very popular science fiction first person shooter game.
The achievements on Halo have always been something that people try very hard to get and draw a lot of attention, no matter what mode is being played in the game. Once again, the newest version of Halo comes complete with a list of accomplishments that range from silly and fun to nearly impossible to complete.
As is always practice, you get an achievement for playing every single level of the campaign on different difficulties. There are also many that you can get when playing in multi-player options of the game as well. Some are even ones that you can get in particular levels for doing certain tasks or making kills in certain fashions. For example, you can gain a badge for taking out two hunters with a sticky detonator during level 7.
You can also earn be rewarded with certain badges for changes to your character. As you rank up, you will gain badges for earning certain rankings in the game. You can even earn them for personalizing your character. You get a badge for changing your Spartan's armor in the Spartan armor card or changing your service tag in the Spartan ID card for example. These of course will be very easy to accomplish, but they are fun things to do along the way.
There are others that are much more difficult to earn along the way. Of course, there are many that can only be earned when playing on legendary, but even in easier difficulties; there are things that you really have to work in order to be able to do. For example, you get a badge for completing a mission with 3 or more skulls on heroic or harder.
Some of the available ones may seem nearly impossible to get. You can try and try to get them or only get them by chance. For example, during Mission 2 of the campaign, you get a badge for getting significant air in the Warthog at midnight. This is very particular. Another one offered is called Special Delivery. In order to get this one, you have to kill an enemy with a melee when you are landing from a Man Cannon in Crimson DLC matchmaking.
If completing the special tasks and earning the badges for them are something you like about Halo in general, then the new Halo version will live up to the old ones. The new Halo 4 achievements range from the regular favorites to silly new ones and extremely difficult ones that will challenge you greatly. There are many, so expect to play a long time if you want to get them all.
